There are several
sets of unenforceable credit agreements letter templates available at
the better consumer credit websites, in particular the excellent Consumer
Action Group forum here.
These differ only slightly and it would not be fair to say that one
type was better than another - all UCA templates basically say the same
thing as their function in law is exactly the same.

Unenforceable Credit Agreements Letter Template
When we begin
to consider unenforceable credit agreements letter templates we also think of the ways and means of enhancing
our lot. Total British personal debt accountability at the end of
Year end 2008 was an amazing £1,457bn. That has dropped to 3.6
percent over the last 12 months which is an increase of about fifty
billion pounds sterling. Total lending in December last year escalated
by £2.2 billion; secured lending expanded by nearly two billion
pounds sterling that same month; unsecured consumer borrowing increased
by £0.3 billion. Average household debt in the British Isles
is thought to be about £60,000 (including secured loans). The
average owed by every adult in Britain is around £30,400 (that
includes mortgages). Average unsettles secured loan for the 11.7m
households who have outstanding mortgages now is in the region of
£104,223.
Here are more
fairly sobering figures: £252 million is payable in interest
alone in the UK every day. 124 homes are repossessed by the banks
daily. 1,490 workers lose their livelihood on a daily basis, meanwhile
one person every 4.8 minutes is declared bankrupt or insolvent.
But it certainly
hasn't only been ordinary people who have had to bear this recession.
Company insolvent cases have dramatically shot up over the last few
quarters and the rise has been especially marked in the recent years
culminating in the recession. In q4 2008 3000 incorporated businesses
went into CVL (company voluntary liquidation) , a 62 percent rise
on q4 in 2007. British businesses have rarely faced a more challenging
economic climate. When considered in the context of unenforceable credit agreements letter templates this
really poses a worrying test for a great many people.
